Talent Acquisition Manager - (3-4 days work from home)


We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for a leading company in the fashion industry. This role is based in Tokyo and offers the option to work from home up to four days a week, allowing for a good work-life balance. You'll handle recruitment and HR projects, helping to shape the company's talent strategies. This is a chance to be part of a well-known global brand and work on meaningful projects.




Key Responsibilities:

- Lead hiring efforts for both internal and external roles, supporting the company's goals.
- Work with managers to understand job needs and create hiring plans.
- Oversee the hiring process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates.
- Collaborate with HR partners to handle sensitive issues and support new hires.
- Proactively recruit to build a strong pool of candidates for all levels of the organization.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to find and connect with potential candidates.
- Maintain partnerships with recruitment agencies to stay updated on market trends and pay standards.
- Lead HR projects locally and globally, focusing on improving processes and promoting internal career growth.
- Promote the company as a top employer in the job market.




Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a multinational company.
- Fluent in English and Japanese.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to influence others.
- Experience in the retail or service industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Self-driven with a track record of achieving results in fast-paced settings.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
- Excellent at building and maintaining relationships.
- Creative problem solver.
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Able to manage uncertainty and adapt to change.
