Our client are a fast-growing robotics technology company, recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Lead.

Responsibilities:

• - Manage the entire recruitment process.
• - Conduct interviews and meetings to evaluate candidates.
• - Prepare necessary recruitment documentation.
• - Participate in broader HR activities (eg. system design and labor support).

Qualifications:

• - At least 3 years of direct recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
• - Proven success in recruiting for the manufacturing or robotics industry.
• - Desire to upskill & learn new HR skills.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
