A leading consulting firm focused on sustainability is looking for a Sustainability Consultant to join their Tokyo team. This role involves helping various clients, including businesses and government agencies, adopt sustainable practices to tackle social and environmental issues.


主な業務内容：

• クライアントに合わせたカスタマイズソリューションの開発と実施
• 詳細な報告書やプレゼンテーションの作成
• データ分析を通じた有益なインサイトの提供
• クライアントのサステナビリティ目標達成に向けた効果的なコミュニケーション
• プロジェクトタスクの期限内管理
• サステナビリティに関するトレンドや実践の最新情報の把握
• 業界イベントへの参加を通じた知識とネットワークの構築
• ファームのプロモーションを目的とした記事作成やイベントの企画
• 新規顧客の獲得とビジネスの拡大支援
• 社内でのサステナビリティに関するワークショップの実施

応募資格：

• サステナビリティに対する強い関心とポジティブな変化を起こしたい意欲
• 1年以上のコンサルティング経験
• クライアントとの円滑なコミュニケーションスキル
• データや情報の分析力
• 日本語および英語の高度な言語能力
• サステナビリティコンサルティングや類似の役割での経験
• サステナビリティ、ビジネス、関連分野の学位
• サステナビリティ基準やグローバルイニシアチブに関する知識
• インパクト投資評価の理解
• Excelを用いたデータ分析や財務モデリングの経験
