• - 国際事業運営の再編と改善サポート
• - 海外子会社の経営課題特定
• - 国際成長戦略の策定
• - 国際事業計画の評価
• - 海外企業の再編や買収支援
• - ステークホルダー管理とプロジェクト進行の確保
• - 海外プロジェクトの債権者調整
• - 財務分析と改善行動計画の作成
• - インタビューやクライアント会議への参加
• - 報告書やプレゼンテーション作成（Excel, PowerPoint）
• - 提案書作成の調査と分析

応募資格・スキル

• - 国際事業再構築への関心
• - 強力な分析力と戦略的思考
• - 国際プロジェクト適応力
• - 財務モデリング経験（尚可）
• - MBAと英語力（望ましい）、国際経験（有利）
• - 日本と現地のマネジメント間のコミュニケーション能力
• - 締め切り厳守と経済的制約下での成果達成能力
• - コンサルティングファーム、投資ファンド、商社での再編経験
• - 海外子会社再編の経験
