We are looking for a Store Manager or Store Director for a well-known Italian luxury brand. This role is perfect for a results-driven leader who loves luxury fashion and is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. You will have the chance to work with a famous brand, receive good incentives, and lead a committed team in a prestigious retail setting.


主な業務内容:

• - チームを指導し、売上目標を達成し、お客様の体験を向上させる。
• - ブランドの目標に沿った販売戦略を策定・実行する。
• - 店舗のビジュアル基準を維持し、シームレスなショッピング体験を保証する。
• - チームのコーチングと育成を通じて、卓越性と継続的改善の文化を育む。
• - 売上データと市場動向を分析し、店舗のパフォーマンスを向上させる。
• - VIP顧客や重要なステークホルダーとの関係を構築・維持する。

応募資格:

• - ラグジュアリーリテールまたは類似分野でのマネジメント経験が5年以上あること。
• - 売上目標の達成と事業成長の実績があること。
• - チームを鼓舞し、動機付けるリーダーシップスキル。
• - 優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル。
• - ラグジュアリーマーケットと顧客期待に対する深い理解。
• - 英語が堪能で、日本語のスキルがあれば尚可。
