Key Responsibilities:


Manage daily operations of the spa to ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction.
スパの運営全般を管理し、優れたサービスを提供するとともに、お客様の満足度を確保する。

Hire, train, and guide a team of spa professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
スパの専門スタッフを採用・育成・指導し、高品質なサービスとチームワークを重視した文化を醸成する。

Develop new spa services and offerings that meet customer needs and market trends.
顧客のニーズと市場動向に合った新しいスパサービスやプログラムを開発する。

Oversee budgets, boost revenue, and ensure cost-effective operations.
予算を管理し、収益向上を図るとともに、コスト効率の良い運営を実現する。

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service quality in all spa areas.
スパ施設全体の清潔さ、安全性、サービス品質を常に高水準で維持する。

Work with marketing teams to promote spa services and develop attractive packages for clients.
マーケティングチームと連携し、スパサービスのプロモーションや魅力的なパッケージを企画・実施する。






Qualifications:


Proven experience in managing a spa or similar role in the hospitality industry.
スパの運営管理またはホスピタリティ業界における同様の職務経験。

Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
