Our client in the hospitality industry is looking for an experienced Spa Manager to oversee their luxury spa in Tokyo. You will lead a team and improve the guest experience with innovative, high-quality services.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily spa operations to ensure a top-notch guest experience.
• Develop and introduce new spa programs and services to draw in and keep clients.
• Lead and support a team of spa staff, encouraging high standards and teamwork.
• Manage the spa's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
• Ensure the spa meets health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and inviting space.

• Proven experience in spa management or a similar role in the hospitality field.
