A company in the Financial Services sector is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to lead compliance operations in Japan and provide support in South Korea and the Asia Pacific region.

This is an opportunity to take on a senior leadership role covering multiple regions. The suitable candidate will be an independent thinker capable of making strategic decisions.

業務内容:

• 規制基準に従い、コンプライアンスプログラムの策定と維持。
• 規制機関、取引先、外部コンサルタントとの関係の確立及び維持。
• コンプライアンスに関する研修の定期実施。
• コンプライアンスおよび規制関連の助言の提供。
• 日本語および英語での業務契約の作成及び確認。
• 業界の規制変更のモニタリング。
• 規制要件に基づく社内方針の策定及び更新。
• コンプライアンスのモニタリングおよびリスク評価の管理。
• 規制関連の書類提出および規制機関からの問い合わせ対応。

応募要件:

• 金融庁の指導のもと、5-7年の金融サービス業界におけるコンプライアンス経験。
• 日本および韓国の金融規制に関する知識。
• 日本語と英語の堪能者；韓国語尚可。
• 機密情報の適切な取り扱い能力。
• 社内方針及び手順の策定経験。
