業務内容：

• セールス戦略を立案し、会社の目標達成に向けて実行する。
• セールスチームのパフォーマンス向上を図り、リードする。
• 既存および潜在顧客との強固な関係を築き維持する。
• 市場動向を把握し、必要に応じて戦略を調整する。
• 社内チームと協力し、顧客満足と品質の高いサービスを実現する。
• セールスレポートや予測を作成し、上級管理者に報告する。

応募資格：

• ホスピタリティ業界でのセールスマネジメント経験3年以上。
• 強力なリーダーシップとチームマネジメントスキル。
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力と交渉力。
• セールスプロセスを企画からクロージングまで管理した実績。
• CRMソフトウェアやセールスアナリティクスツールの使用経験。
• 英語に堪能な方。日本語スキルがあれば尚可。
