We are looking for a Senior Renewals Account Representative for a leading subscription-based SaaS company.

You'll manage contract renewals, opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and build strong client relationships.

• 契約更新プロセスを見積もりから最終合意まで管理する
• 意思決定者との強固な関係を構築する
• 解約リスクを早期に察知し、予防策を講じる
• 顧客ニーズに応じたアカウントプランを策定する
• アップセルの機会を見つけ、顧客価値を向上させる

応募資格：

• 営業経験
• ハイタッチアカウント管理の経験
• ソフトウェア/SaaSまたは他のB2Bサービスでの経験
