Position details:

• Conducting UX research for current and future products
• Developing a design system for and integrating it into the product
• Establishing a design workflow with the development team and creating mechanisms
• Mentorship for designers in the team

Requirements:

• Design experience with Figma
• Expereince as a design lead
• Experience with BtoB SaaS UI
• Daily conversation Japanese
