Senior Manager, Franchise Marketing and Sales

This role leads brand and commercial strategy development to drive business growth across multiple product categories. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, the position is responsible for expanding market presence, driving sales, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance market position and business performance.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, and retail channels.
  • Negotiate with key partners to maximize visibility and sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or brand management.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in retail, licensing, or consumer-facing industries.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams within a global organization.
  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
  • Ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution.
