Responsibilities:

• Perform audits for corporate and investment banking.
• Ensure thorough risk assessment and control testing.
• Lead project teams for special projects.
• Develop audit plans, identify risks, and review key controls.
• Conduct audit fieldwork, ensuring documentation aligns with standards.
• Prepare audit findings & result presentations.
• Engage with regulators during inspections; handle regulatory findings.

Qualifications:

• MUST be fluent in Japanese
• 5+ years of audit experience
• Experience within the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of banking control environments and regulatory requirements.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CIA, CPA) preferred.
