Senior HR Manager - Industrial (Hybrid Remote Work OK)

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager for a leading company in the semiconductor and chemical industries in Tokyo.

This is a team management role with strategic decision-making responsibility.

Our client also offers remote / flexible work options.

Responsibilities:

• - Lead & manage a HRBP team.
• - Employee relations, talent management, and performance improvement.
• - Provide strategic advice on organizational design, effectiveness, talent management, succession planning, and employee development.
• - Lead change management initiatives.

Qualifications:

• - 10 years+ of experience in human resources.
• - Experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, and training.
• - Change management skill.
• - Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
• - Experience working in industrial, semiconductor, or chemical industries (preferred, but not mandatory).
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
