HRBP Manager - Luxury Fashion

We are looking for an HRBP Manager to join a leading luxury fashion brand in Tokyo. This role is crucial in building a strong performance culture and improving organizational success. The successful candidate will work closely with department leaders on change management and employee engagement. This is a chance to make a real impact in a dynamic, creative setting, helping to connect the local team with the global headquarters.


Key Responsibilities:


- Partner with department leaders to guide change management and organizational growth.
- Train and support managers and employees to enhance performance and recognition.
- Oversee HR tasks like hiring, employee relations, and onboarding.
- Lead engagement programs for both office and retail staff.
- Work with the Retail HR Senior Manager on pay, benefits, and training programs.
- Streamline HR processes by working with the Shared Service Center and regional HR teams.


Qualifications:


- Over 5 years of HR experience with a strong background in strategy and relationship building.
- Experience in retail is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building credibility and partnerships with managers.
- Skilled in problem-solving, analysis, and financial assessments.
- Proven track record in driving engagement and working with stakeholders.
- Strong planning and project management abilities.
- Fluent in Japanese with excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Self-driven and adaptable, with a proactive approach to complex situations.
- Positive attitude with the ability to handle ambiguity.
- Self-motivated and agile.
