Our client are a global FMCG maker, recruiting a senior FP&A Manager. This is a management role with team leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• - Lead & manage a team.
• - Lead financial planning and forecasting.
• - Conduct in-depth financial analyses; evaluate process efficiency and provide actionable insights.
• - Prepare and deliver management reports
• - Prepare and monitor budgets.
• - Lead special projects to optimize resources & efficiency..

Qualifications:

• - 5+ years experience in financial planning and analysis
• - Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, and/or pharmaceutical products.
• - Experience working in a multinational company.
• - Team management experience.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
