Responsibilities:

• - Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• - Manage project updates and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• - Negotiate project rates and manage financial aspects like P&L and forecasting.
• - Serve as the main contact for clients, particularly senior management.
• - Respond to RFPs/proposals and assist the Client Partner with reporting and escalations.
• - Work closely with offshore delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

• - Fluent in Japanese.
• - Experience in delivery and customer relationship management
• - Experience within Banking, Finance, and/or Insurance sectors (preferred).
• - Strong understanding of P&L management, forecasting, and basic bookkeeping.
