Sales Manager, Satellite Communications Service (Remote work OK!)

Our client are a fast-growing and well-funded startup Japan, is changing the space industry with their Ground Segment as a Service (GSaaS) offerings.

Their cloud platform, provides a flexible and scalable ground station network that helps satellite operators improve mission development and service quality. You'll work closely with product and technical teams to support and retain partners, drive sales, and reduce customer churn.

主な業務内容:

  • - 各種販売チャネルを通じて衛星オペレーターや地上局オーナーを特定し、オンボーディング。
  • - 既存および新規クライアントとの関係を維持・強化し、顧客維持と追加販売に注力。
  • - 製品開発チームと連携し、顧客のニーズに関するフィードバックや洞察を提供。
  • - 業界の主要プレイヤーとの戦略的関係を管理・構築。


応募資格:

  • - ソリューションセールスの経験3〜4年(交渉、製品サポート、クライアントオンボーディングを含む)。
  • - インターネットおよびクラウド技術に関する基本的な理解。
  • - 宇宙産業での営業またはビジネス開発の経験(優遇)。
  • - 政府機関との取引経験(優遇)。
