- 売上目標を達成するための営業計画の作成と実行
- 新たなビジネスチャンスの発掘と強固な顧客関係の構築
- 他部署と連携し、顧客満足度の向上を図る
- 市場調査と競合分析を行い、業界内での優位性を確保
- 売上報告書や予測を経営陣に提出・発表
- 営業チームのリードと指導を行い、パフォーマンスを向上し、目標達成を支援

応募資格：

- ホスピタリティ業界での営業経験が3年以上ある方
- 営業チームの管理経験を含むリーダーシップスキル
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力と交渉力
- 売上目標を達成した実績
- ホスピタリティ業界の市場動向や競争環境に精通している方
- ビジネス、マーケティング、または関連分野の学士号をお持ちの方歓迎
