We are seeking a dedicated Safety Technician for a yogurt production plant located in Tatebayashi.

This role is key to maintaining workplace safety, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and promoting a culture of safety. Our client is a major company with generous salary & benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Conduct regular safety audits and implement improvements.
• - Oversee construction sites, contractor work areas, and permit issuance zones for safety compliance.
• - Inspect equipment and facilities, recommending and implementing safety enhancements.
• - Lead safety training sessions focusing on best practices and safety improvements.
• - Maintain detailed records of safety inspections, incidents, and improvements.
• - Provide safety support for various plant projects to ensure compliance and safe execution.

Required Qualifications:

• - Degree and /or formal qualification in industrial, mechanical, or electrical fields.
• - Proficiency in mechanical processing and welding.
• - Knowledge of automation and control systems.
• - Familiarity with safety laws and procedures.
• - Preferred certifications: low-voltage electrical work, forklift operation, or gas welding.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
