We are looking for an experienced RF System Engineer for a leading company in the Aerospace & Defense industry. This role involves supporting advanced communication and electronic systems developed in Germany, which are crucial for defense, security, and essential infrastructure. Key Responsibilities


Work with sales managers and the engineering team in Germany on product presentations and demonstrations.
ドイツのエンジニアリングチームおよび営業マネージャーと連携し、製品のプレゼンテーションやデモンストレーションを実施。

Answer technical questions to ensure customer satisfaction.
技術的な質問に対応し、顧客満足度を向上させる。

Act as an interpreter for visiting product managers from headquarters.
本社のプロダクトマネージャー来日時の通訳を担当。

Help with order intake and product delivery alongside sales managers.
営業マネージャーと協力し、受注および製品の納品をサポート。

Translate key sales and technical documents from English to Japanese.
主要な営業および技術関連の資料を英語から日本語へ翻訳。

Ensure smooth delivery of products and solutions to customers.
顧客への製品およびソリューションの円滑な提供をサポート。

Collaborate with the German engineering team on product releases.
ドイツのエンジニアリングチームと連携し、製品リリースを推進。

Be the main contact for solving post-sales issues, working with the engineering team to resolve problems quickly.
アフターサポートのメイン担当として、エンジニアリングチームと協力し、迅速に問題を解決。


Essential Qualifications


At least 3 years of experience in RF systems or devices in the electronics manufacturing sector.
電子機器製造業界でのRFシステムまたはRFデバイスに関する3年以上の経験。

Strong software programming skills, especially in LINUX.
LINUXを中心としたソフトウェアプログラミングスキル。

Fluency in native-level Japanese and business-level English.
ネイティブレベルの日本語およびビジネスレベルの英語力。
