Depending on your background, your project responsibilities may include (but are not limited to!):

• - Develop strategies for clean and renewable energy projects.
• - Give technical advice on renewable energy.
• - Lead digital transformation initiatives using technologies such as AI, IoT, and ERP systems.
• - Improve energy trading, risk management, and operations through business process reengineering (BPR).
• - Development and marketing of digital products related to energy management and monitoring.
• - Cybersecurity support.
• - M&A projects for those with suitable skillsets.

Suitable candidates (one or more of the following):

• - Those with experience in management consulting, IT consulting, or account sales/pre-sales in the energy sector.
• - Those with a background in power and utilities (including engineers and those with technical knowledge)
• - Experience with trading companies, financial institutions, or government agencies.
• - IT professionals with familiarity with digital tools and technologies such as AI, IoT, ERP, and cloud computing.

Desired skillsets:

• - Ability to develop and execute business strategies.
• - Experience with team management.
• - Project management skills.
• - Any experience working on renewable energy projects, or with renewable energy products, is desirable.
• - MUST be fluent in Japanese.
