Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance new and existing products.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams on large-scale projects.
• Maintain and improve system performance.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in full-cycle software development (any language).
• Experience building scalable systems and handling client-facing responsibilities in Japanese.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Japanese proficiency (N2 or higher) required.
• Must reside in Japan with a valid work visa or hold Japanese nationality.
