We are looking for an experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager for a leading company in the healthcare industry in Tokyo. This key role involves developing regulatory strategies and ensuring compliance with both local and international healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

Create and implement strategies for product approvals and compliance.

製品承認およびコンプライアンスのための戦略を策定・実行する。

Communicate and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities for product registrations.

製品登録において規制当局と良好な関係を構築し、継続的にコミュニケーションを取る。

Ensure all regulatory documents and submissions comply with regional and international standards.

規制文書および提出物が地域および国際規格を遵守していることを確認する。

Advise cross-functional teams on regulatory processes and requirements.

規制プロセスおよび要件について、他部門のチームに助言する。

Keep track of regulatory changes and update internal teams.

規制の変更を把握し、社内チームに最新情報を提供する。

Lead and mentor a team of regulatory professionals to enhance their skills.

規制業務の専門家チームを指導・育成し、スキル向上を図る。

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs in the healthcare sector.

医療分野での規制業務における3年以上の実務経験。

Solid knowledge of healthcare regulations in Japan and globally.

日本国内および国際的な医療規制に関する確かな知識。

Proven track record in managing product registrations and regulatory submissions.

製品登録および規制提出の管理における実績。

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with regulatory bodies and teams.

規制当局やチームと効果的に連携するための優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル。

Ability to lead and develop a team in a collaborative, results-driven environment.
