We are looking for a Quality Control Manager to manage product quality, focusing on quasi-drugs and cosmetics. You will ensure products are safe, effective, and meet quality standards through testing and regulation compliance. 主な業務内容：

• - 製品品質向上のため、標準作業手順書（SOP）や品質マスターファイルの作成・更新
• - 規制に準拠するため、外観、pH、含量、不純物、粘度の試験を監督
• - 試験結果のレビュー、問題の解決、市場基準に基づいた製品リリースの判断
• - 試験機器の保守・校正の実施
• - 医薬品医療機器等法への準拠を確保し、監査に備える
• - 品質管理におけるチームスキル向上のための研修プログラムの作成
• - 製品ライフサイクル全体を通じたリスクの特定と低減

応募資格：

• - 医薬部外品、化粧品、医療製品の品質保証または管理での5年以上の経験
• - HPLC、UV-Vis分光光度法、pH測定などの試験方法に精通
• - 日本の規制、特に医薬品医療機器等法についての知識
• - 日本語と英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力
• - 強力なリーダーシップとチームワークスキル
• - 効果的な問題解決能力と適応力
• - 高いEQと文化的理解
• - データ駆動型の意思決定を重視し、グローバルな視点を持つ
