A global leader in the entertainment industry is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join their Business Technology team in Tokyo. This is a rare opportunity to work in a dynamic, global environment where your work will directly support digital and tech innovation across the region.

🔍 What you'll do:

• Oversee and optimize QA strategy across multiple projects

• Manage vendors and ensure timely delivery and release quality

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality digital product delivery

• Lead continuous process improvement and champion testing best practices

✅ Ideal background:

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control management within medium to large-scale development projects

• Experience managing external QA vendors and workflows

• Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills

• Native-level Japanese

• Business-level English (TOEIC 800+ preferred)
