We are hiring a QA Engineer for a leading medical equipment company in Tokyo! This role ensures the quality and safety of medical devices for domestic and international markets, offering hybrid work flexibility, work-life balance, and opportunities for career advancement.

業務内容:

• - 医療機器の品質と安全性を確保し、新製品や更新製品のタスクを管理
• - 薬機法およびISO13485に基づく文書管理を行い、コンプライアンスを徹底
• - 不適合や顧客からのクレームに対応し、製品品質の向上を図る
• - 国際的なベンダーと効果的にコミュニケーションを取り、コンプライアンスと品質基準を満たす
• - リスクマネジメントやユーザビリティエンジニアリングを含む品質関連プロジェクトをリード

応募資格:

• - 製造または品質保証で5〜10年の経験を有し、国内外のサプライヤーと協働した経験
• - 品質マネジメントシステム（ISO13485）および薬機法に関する深い知識
• - PDCA手法を用いたプロジェクト管理、問題解決、プロセス改善のスキル
• - チャレンジングな状況でステークホルダーと関係を築き維持する能力
• - ビジネスレベルの英語力（会話、読み書き）
