Responsibilities

Create and implement PR strategies to increase brand visibility and reputation.

ブランドの認知度と評判を向上させるための広報戦略を策定し、実行します。

Manage media relations, including press releases and public statements.

プレスリリースや公式声明を含むメディア対応を管理します。

Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers.

メディア関係者や業界のインフルエンサーとの関係を構築し、維持します。

Lead and support a team of PR professionals.

広報のプロフェッショナルチームを率い、サポートします。

Track and evaluate PR campaign performance, making changes as needed.

広報キャンペーンの成果を追跡・評価し、必要に応じて改善を行います。

Work with different teams to ensure consistent communication strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in public relations or communications.

広報またはコミュニケーション分野での実績のある経験。

Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.

チームの管理や育成における強力なリーダーシップスキル。

Excellent English communication skills; Japanese language skills are a plus.

優れた英語でのコミュニケーション能力（日本語スキルがあれば尚可）。

Ability to develop and carry out strategic PR plans.
