Project Manager/Business Analyst Lead (Identity & Access Management Technology)

Our client are a leader in Financial Services / Fintech, searching for an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst.

You will manage projects and collaborate closely across multiple business units to enhance security and operational systems. This is an opportunity to take on a senior role at a growing company, in an expanding industry.

主な業務内容：

• 新しいベンダープラットフォームの導入プロジェクトをリードし、正確な要件の収集、戦略的計画の策定、効果的な実行に注力。
• システムプロセスを分析し、ベンダーと連携してプラットフォーム開発とアプリケーションの移行を進める。
• IT部門およびビジネスユニットと連携し、要件を収集、プロジェクトの範囲を定め、新しいプラットフォームを効果的に統合。
• ITインフラとセキュリティの向上に向け、Javaおよびスクリプト言語のスキルを活用。
• 特に日本でのサポート能力を強化する地域サポートモデルの開発と維持。

必要な資格・経験：

• IT分野での8年以上の経験。
• Java開発およびRESTfulサービスに関する経験。
• ITプロジェクト管理およびビジネスアナリストとしての最低5年の経験。
• ITインフラ、セキュリティ、ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクルに関する深い知識。
• 英語でのコミュニケーション能力（メール、電話会議）。
