- Experience: 4+ years in product development as a Product Manager or Project Owner.
- Documenta:on Skills: Experience in crea7ng Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and product roadmaps that consider market impact.
- Customer and Market Insight: Experience in conduc7ng customer interviews and market research.
- Leadership & Communica:on: Strong leadership and logical communica7on skills, with a track record of successful collabora7on and coordina7on with cross-func7onal teams (engineers, designers, etc.) and stakeholders.
- AI and Industry Trends: Ability to quickly adopt the latest AI technologies and industry trends and apply them to business.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Proficiency in data analysis for strategic decision-making.
