We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a background in cochlear medical devices. You will be part of a team developing new products that improve lives, working closely with experts in the field.



主な業務内容：

• 製品戦略を立案し、人工内耳市場を拡大する。
• 各チームと連携し、医療規制を遵守した製品開発を行う。
• 市場動向や顧客フィードバックを分析し、新たな製品機会を見出す。
• 製品のアイデア段階から発売までのライフサイクルを管理し、経営目標と調和させる。
• 医療専門家や業界パートナーとの関係を構築・維持する。

応募資格：

• 医療機器業界での製品管理経験、特に人工内耳または関連分野での経験がある方。
• 日本の医療市場と規制に関する知識が豊富な方。
• リーダーシップとコミュニケーション能力があり、チームを管理・動機付けできる方。
• データや市場動向を活用し、戦略的な意思決定ができる方。
• 英語と日本語の両方に堪能であれば尚可。
