• 製品ライフサイクル全体を管理し、会社の目標に合致させる。
• 研究開発、マーケティング、営業チームと連携し、製品の革新と成功を推進する。
• 市場調査を行い、トレンド、顧客ニーズ、競争を理解する。
• 製品の市場投入を成功させるための戦略を策定・実行する。
• 製品のパフォーマンスを評価し、継続的な成長のための改善を行う。
• 利害関係者との強力な関係を維持し、効果的なコミュニケーションと調整を図る。

応募資格：

• バイオテクノロジー、ヘルスケア、または医療機器分野でのプロダクトマネジメント経験。
• ヘルスケア市場および規制要件に関する十分な理解。
• 強力なリーダーシップとプロジェクトマネジメントスキル。
• 複雑な技術的概念を簡単に説明する能力。
• 強い分析能力とデータに基づく意思決定アプローチ。
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人関係能力。
