Our client are a financial services leader, recruiting a Privacy & Compliance specialist.

You'll lead privacy efforts, ensuring compliance with Japanese and international standards, and provide advice on data protection. You will work on business projects to improve privacy programs and processes.

職務内容：

• プライバシー規制（国内・国際両方）に対応するプロセスの開発
• ビジネスユニットにプライバシーに関するアドバイスを行い、プロジェクトにおけるプライバシーリスクを評価
• ガバナンス構造を設定し、プライバシーポリシーと手続きを策定
• コンプライアンスチェック、リスク評価、詳細な分析の実施
• 内部および外部のステークホルダーとの関係構築を通じて実践を向上
• トレーニングやワークショップを含むプライバシー啓発プログラムの設計とリード

応募資格：

• 金融サービスやクレジットカード業界におけるコンプライアンスの豊富な知識
• プライバシーやデータ保護、関連分野での4年以上の経験
• 日本の個人情報保護法への精通
• GDPRなどの関連国際規制の理解
• 情報システムおよび情報セキュリティに関する経験
