Pension Client Sales Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Pension Client Sales Specialist to enhance our relationships with institutional clients, focusing on private and public pension sponsors. This role is crucial for matching client needs with tailored financial solutions, driving business growth, and promoting our financial products and services.


Responsibilities:

  • - Strengthen relationships with current institutional clients and seek new business opportunities.
  • - Understand client goals to create effective portfolio guidelines.
  • - Manage client accounts to ensure they follow the set guidelines.
  • - Educate clients about financial products and services and promote cross-selling opportunities.



Qualifications:

  • - Strong knowledge of Fixed Income, Equity fundamentals, and Macroeconomics.
  • - Over 10 years of experience in financial markets.
  • - Fluent in Japanese and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
  • - Highly organized, energetic, and able to work well with a team, especially with senior management.
  • - Committed to maintaining the company's culture, values, and operational approach.
  • - An MBA, CFA, or CAIA designation is a plus.
