Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Our client in the financial services sector is searching for a competent Payroll Specialist. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the administration of domestic and international payroll, tax compliance, and interdepartmental liaison.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate execution and review of global payrolls.
• Ensure data submission to outsourced payroll provider is error-free.
• Analyze and manage data reports for strategic business objectives.
• Maintain relationships with external payroll providers.
• Interact effectively with various departments for query resolution and project collaboration.
• Assist in the monthly accounting processes.
• Identify and implement process enhancements.
• Review and adapt to changes in taxes and social charges.
• Uphold payroll governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in finance/accounting/payroll.
• Attention to detail with a methodical approach to payroll compensation.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or a related field.
