Responsibilities:

• - Oversee payroll activities (incl. collection and control of payroll inputs, verify payroll calculations, managerial approval, and documentation).
• - Prepare local and post-payroll reports.
• - Manage dealings with statutory bodies.
• - Help with internal and external audits.
• - Coordinate with the accounting and treasury departments
• - Coordinate with third-party vendors for outsourced payroll components.
• - Handle employee queries about benefits, time, and payroll.
• - Support offboarding processes.

Qualifications:

• - Payroll or similar HR experience.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
