Responsibilities

We are looking for an Operations Support Supervisor to handle project operations and support logistics functions. This role involves clear communication between teams, clients, and stakeholders.

プロジェクト運営と物流機能をサポートするオペレーションサポートスーパーバイザーを募集しています。このポジションでは、チーム、クライアント、および関係者との明確なコミュニケーションが求められます。

Create and implement communication plans for projects.

プロジェクトのコミュニケーション計画を作成し、実施する。

Develop detailed instructions for operational processes.

業務プロセスに関する詳細な指示書を作成する。

Ensure operational readiness, manage training, and communicate project goals.

業務の準備状況を確認し、トレーニングを管理し、プロジェクト目標を共有する。

Design training materials and guides for new processes.

新しいプロセス向けのトレーニング資料やガイドを作成する。

Manage changes in operations.

業務の変更を管理する。

Be an expert in new EWM processes and ensure clear communication in the APAC region.

新しいEWMプロセスの専門知識を持ち、APAC地域での明確なコミュニケーションを確保する。

Support continuous improvement by coordinating resources and assisting operations leaders.

リソースを調整し、運営リーダーを支援することで継続的な改善をサポートする。

Must be fluent in both Japanese and English.

日本語と英語の両方に堪能であることが必須です。

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

関連分野の学士号または修士号を取得していること。

At least 3 years of experience in a customer-focused role with cross-functional operations.

顧客志向の役割で、かつクロスファンクショナルな業務経験が3年以上あること。

Independent, goal-driven with attention to detail.

自主的で目標志向が強く、細部に注意を払える方。

Proven ability to achieve goals within diverse teams.

多様なチームの中で目標を達成した実績があること。

Excellent analytical skills with an understanding of customer needs.

顧客ニーズを理解し、優れた分析能力を持っていること。

Ability to innovate and lead change.

革新を起こし、変化をリードする能力があること。
