We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Tokyo with a top global financial services company. This important position keeps the office running smoothly within the manufacturing sector and plays a key part in the company's success.

主な業務内容：

• 日常の事務業務を担当し、オフィスの円滑な運営をサポート
• スケジュール、会議、出張手配の管理
• 書類管理および機密情報の慎重な取り扱い
• 社内チームや外部パートナーとのコミュニケーション
• 報告書、プレゼンテーション、および各種文書の作成補助
• オフィス用品や設備の効率的な管理
• 人事部門のサポートとして、社員の入社手続きや関連業務の補助

応募資格：

• オフィスアドミニストレーターまたは類似の職種での実務経験（製造業界での経験が望ましい）
• 優れた組織力とマルチタスク能力
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル
• 迅速な環境での独立した作業およびチーム作業の両方に対応可能
• 英語での流暢なコミュニケーションが可能な方、日本語スキルがあれば尚可
