We are looking for a Medical Affairs Manager for a leading medical devices company in Tokyo. This role is perfect for someone with strong experience in healthcare who is dedicated to improving medical technology and patient care. You'll lead medical affairs efforts, create clinical strategies, and ensure we meet healthcare regulations. You'll work with different teams and connect with important leaders and professionals in healthcare.

- 会社の目標に沿ったメディカルアフェアーズ活動の主導
- 多様なチームと協力し、臨床戦略の立案と実施
- 科学文書や規制提出書類の作成監督
- キーオピニオンリーダーや医療専門家との関係構築と維持
- マーケティングおよび営業チームへの医療知識の提供
- 製品の有効性と安全性を裏付ける臨床データのレビュー
- 医療規制および基準の遵守の確保

応募資格：

- メディカルアフェアーズ、臨床研究、または関連分野での5年以上の経験
- 医療機器および医療規制に関する深い理解
- リーダーシップとチームマネジメントの実績
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル
- 医療専門家とのプロフェッショナルな関係構築能力
- データ分析と科学文書作成に熟練
- 英語が堪能であれば尚可、日本語能力はプラス
