Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing, PR, and partnership plans to boost the hotel's visibility and reputation in Japan and key markets.

日本および主要市場におけるホテルの認知度と評判を向上させるためのマーケティング、PR、およびパートナーシップ計画を策定・実施する。

Work with the hotel sales team on local marketing campaigns.

ホテルのセールスチームと連携し、ローカルマーケティングキャンペーンを推進する。

Coordinate with central brand and digital teams to create and execute marketing strategies.

ブランドおよびデジタルチームと連携して、マーケティング戦略を策定・実行する。

Manage media channels to support hotel operations, dining services, events, and new openings.

ホテル運営、飲食サービス、イベント、新規オープンを支援するために、メディアチャンネルを管理する。

Collaborate with brand and e-commerce teams and external agencies to improve and evaluate marketing channels.

ブランドおよびEコマースチームや外部エージェンシーと連携して、マーケティングチャネルを改善・評価する。

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in marketing or PR, preferably with consumer brands.

マーケティングまたはPRでの2年以上の経験を持つ方（消費者ブランドでの経験がある方が望ましい）。

Strong project management skills.

優れたプロジェクト管理スキルを有する方。

Proficiency in written English and Japanese.

英語および日本語での優れた文章能力を有する方。

Experience in marketing or PR roles, either in-house or through an agency.

インハウスまたはエージェンシーでのマーケティングまたはPR職の経験を持つ方。
