Our client are a leader in the serviced office industry, recruiting a Marketing Director. This is a newly-created role to support continued growth in Japan and across Asia. You'll lead marketing initiatives across Japan and Asia.

This is a chance to take on a senior leadership role with regional responsibility, at a fast-growing company with an innovative & flexible culture.

• 各事業部門のマーケティング戦略の策定と実行
• 日本での新規ローンチの市場参入戦略の作成
• ブランド戦略、PR、広告、リードジェネレーション、SEO、デジタルマーケティングの指揮
• 社内スタッフおよび外部ベンダーの管理
• アジア全域のマーケティング戦略の策定支援

【応募資格】

• 10年以上の関連するマーケティング経験
• 5年以上の管理職経験
• 不動産業界またはB2Bサービスでの経験（歓迎）
• MBA（歓迎）
• グローバルな環境での勤務経験またはその意欲
