Marketing Communications Manager, Hotel (Remote Work OK, Work in English!)

Our client are a hotel / hospitality group, recruiting a Marketing Communications Manager.

You'll lead creative strategy for a brand new property located in Hiroshima area. You can work remotely from anywhere in Japan, with occasional trips to the property (one or two times per month) for professional photoshoots.

This is a rare opportunity to work primarily in English!

It's not mandatory to be completely fluent in Japanese, but Conversational-level Japanese is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Manage a team.
• - Produce creative content for different departments.
• - Develop and implement marketing strategies across various media platforms.
• - Collaborate with external vendors on advertising and PR strategies.
• - Handle press releases, conferences, briefings, tours, and press relations.
• - Manage the production of a quarterly newsletter.

Desired Skills and Attributes:

• - Relevant marketing & communications experience
• - Design skills
• - Hotel or travel industry experience (preferred)
• - Must be fluent in English
• - Conversational level Japanese
