We are looking for a Marketing Communication Manager who is passionate about K-beauty to strengthen our client's brand in Japan and globally. Our client is a major player in the cosmetics industry, offering a dynamic and international work environment. This position offers a chance to work with a leading K-beauty company that is expanding globally, especially in Japan.


業務内容:

• ブランド戦略の策定と実行: グローバルなフレームワークに基づき、日本および国際メディアとの強固な関係構築
• 日本のプレス、セレブリティ、キーオピニオンリーダー（KOL）とのパートナーシップを通じたブランド認知の向上
• PRカレンダーの計画・管理、イベントの企画運営、コミュニティイニシアチブの支援。PR、ソーシャルメディア、インフルエンサーマーケティング戦略の監督
• PR計画の作成と評価、メディア予算の監視、成果向上のための戦略開発。プロジェクト目標達成のために各チームと連携
• チームメンバーの指導と育成: 顧客志向のマーケティングアプローチを推進し、ジュニアスタッフを効果的にコーチング
• 社内プロジェクトへの参画: 会社全体の利益促進と内部連携の強化

応募資格:

• ブランドまたは代理店でのPR経験豊富: 印刷、イベント、インフルエンサープログラムを含む
• 積極的で適応力があり、変化の速い環境で複数のタスクを処理できる
• グローバルビジネス環境での経験
• 日本語が流暢で韓国語が会話レベル
• プロジェクト管理スキルが強い
