Marketing Communication Manager - Remote (Within Japan, with occasional business travel)

We are partnering with a leading luxury hotel group looking for a Marketing Communication Manager to lead their marketing efforts. This role is crucial during the pre-opening phase of a new luxury hotel in Sapporo. You can work remotely from anywhere in Japan.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily marketing activities and guide the team to achieve their goals.

日々のマーケティング活動を管理し、チームが目標を達成できるように指導します。

Create and apply media strategies to boost hotel occupancy and rates.

ホテルの稼働率と料金を向上させるためのメディア戦略を策定・実行します。

Develop and implement media relations and CSR plans.

メディアとの関係構築およびCSRプランの開発・実施を行います。

Review monthly performance reports for ongoing improvements.

月次のパフォーマンスレポートをレビューし、改善点を特定します。

Lead promotional efforts for both pre-opening and regular operations.

プレオープンおよび通常営業のプロモーション活動をリードします。

Ensure all marketing channels have accurate product information.

すべてのマーケティングチャネルで正確な製品情報を提供します。

Work with local media to maintain strong partnerships.

地元メディアと協力し、強力なパートナーシップを維持します。

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or a related field.

マーケティングまたは関連分野の学士号または同等の資格。

At least two years' experience in hospitality or hotel marketing with leadership roles.

ホスピタリティ業界またはホテルマーケティングでリーダーシップを発揮した2年以上の経験。

Ability to create compelling content for press releases and social media.

プレスリリースやソーシャルメディア用の魅力的なコンテンツを作成する能力。

Good understanding of local business trends.

地元のビジネストレンドに関する良好な理解。

Bilingual in Japanese and English; other languages are a plus.

日本語と英語のバイリンガルで、他の言語ができるとなお良い。

Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

優れたコミュニケーション能力と公衆の前で話す能力。
