We are seeking a Manufacturing Manager for a factory specializing in recycled wood products.

You will manage the process of turning recycled chopsticks into high-quality products, using innovative technology. This role focuses on sustainable manufacturing, benefiting both the local community and the environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily factory operations to maintain production efficiency.
工場の運営を監督し、生産効率を維持します。

Set and achieve production goals while ensuring safety and quality.
安全性と品質を確保しながら、生産目標を設定し、達成します。

Manage the hiring, training, and development of factory staff.
工場スタッフの採用、トレーニング、育成を管理します。

Implement strategies to reduce costs and improve operations.

Support sustainable practices and contribute to a circular economy.

Qualifications:

Experience in woodworking product manufacturing, especially in small to medium-sized factories.
木製品の製造経験、特に中小規模の工場での経験。

Strong skills in process improvement and team management.

Commitment to sustainable design and reducing environmental impact.

Proficient in Japanese; English is a plus but not necessary.

Preferably holds a driver's license and Class 1 health manager certification.
