We are recruiting for a global leader in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector seeking a Legal Specialist. You will ensure legal compliance, support business operations, provide legal advice, and handle various legal matters.

主な業務内容：

• - FMCG業界に関連する法的課題に対する助言を提供
• - 契約書や合意書の作成、レビュー、交渉
• - 法令遵守の確保
• - 内部チームと連携し、目標達成とリスク軽減をサポート
• - 法務調査の実施と最新の法務トレンドの把握
• - 必要に応じて外部弁護士の管理

応募資格：

• - 法務経験3年以上、特にFMCG業界での経験が望ましい
• - 契約法および商業契約に関する強い知識
• - 優れた分析力と問題解決能力
• - 独立して働く能力と、チームでの協力能力を持ち、迅速なペースの環境での適応力
• - 優れたコミュニケーション能力と交渉スキル
• - 英語の読み書きと会話に堪能
