We are looking for an experienced Legal Specialist to join a leading company in the FMCG sector in Tokyo. You will handle legal compliance and challenges, work in an international environment, and help develop legal strategies in a company that values innovation and proactive problem-solving.

職務内容：

- FMCG関連の法的事項に関するアドバイス提供
- 取引先やパートナー、クライアントとの契約書の作成、レビュー、交渉
- 国内外の法令や規制の遵守を確保
- 各部署と連携し、事業運営や戦略目標を支援
- 法務リサーチを行い、法規制の変化に対応
- リスク管理と法的紛争の効率的な解決

応募資格：

- 関連法務経験3年以上
- 契約法、規制遵守、法的リスク管理の専門知識
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力と交渉力
- 自立して働く能力とチームでの協働能力を兼ね備えていること
- 英語に堪能であること（日本語能力があれば尚可）
