主な業務内容:

• - 新規ホテルでのトレーニングプログラムの作成と実施
• - マネージャーと連携してトレーニングニーズを特定し、解決策を開発
• - サービスの質と効率を向上させるためのトレーニングセッションの主導
• - トレーニングプログラムの成果を評価し、必要に応じて改善
• - ホスピタリティ業界のトレンドやベストプラクティスを常に把握

応募資格:

• - ホスピタリティ業界での学習・開発職での3年以上の経験
• - 効果的なトレーニングプログラムの設計・実施能力の実績
• - 多様なチームと関わるための優れたコミュニケーションスキル
• - スピード感のある環境での業務遂行能力
• - 英語に堪能であること、日本語のスキルは尚可
