We are looking for a Key Account Manager for our client - a leader in the data center industry. You will manage relationships with colocation data center customers.

職務内容：

• - コロケーションデータセンターのお客様の主な連絡窓口として対応
• - 割り当てられたアカウント内で新しいビジネスチャンスを特定・追求
• - 現在および将来のビジネスニーズに対応するための会議を実施
• - 顧客パイプラインを維持・予測し、地域の目標に合わせる
• - 提案依頼書（RFP）や入札依頼書（RFT）への対応時に、商業的・関係的側面をリード
• - 国別チーム、アプリケーションエンジニアリング、入札管理、サービスチームと連携し、顧客満足を確保
• - 必要に応じてコロケーションのお客様のエスカレーションポイントとして対応

応募資格：

• - 5年以上の関連業務経験
• - 地域アカウントの管理経験
• - 予測およびパイプライン管理の知識
• - RFP/RFTプロセスの経験
