Key Responsibilities:

• - Manage audit teams across multiple projects.
• - Work with both Japanese & foreign clients.
• - Lead statutory and voluntary audits, including those under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and Companies Act.
• - Conduct audits for foreign subsidiaries in Japan and other reviews.
• - Ensure regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• - Japanese CPA or USCPA certification.
• - At least 5 years of experience in a similar working environment (eg. audit firm or accounting consultancy)
• - Experience as an audit leader or manager.
• - Team management skills (preferred).
• - Able to communicate in both Japanese and English
